Yarn Bag

Yarn Bag* by Lisa Gentry

N/9mm hook

The purplish tones in the variegated yarn don’t show up well in the photo.
This was a wonderfully easy pattern. The bag is just the right size for a skein of yarn and a take-along project, measuring about 14″ across by 12″ not including the handles. Hooks and needles will fall through without a lining or pockets.
This yarn was easy to work with, soft and fuzzy without knots, and no noticeable splitting.
I have enough yarn for another one.

That is a really nice bag, I love the colors – bright and cheery. I may have to get that pattern and attempt it.

That looks nice! I really like the colors.

Thank You. I think it would look great with a golden yellow stripe instead of the purple, but I’m a purple kind of person.
